Slab-on-Grade Construction

This is a straightforward method. Instead of the complex process involving excavation and masonry, this approach focuses on leveling the ground where your home will be positioned and using the post-frame method for constructing the foundation.   Following the shell construction phase, the concrete floor is poured. Slab-on-grade construction provides a cost-effective solution for in-floor heating and is well-suited for those who do not require a basement.
