Our turn-key solution offers a fully furnished structure, encompassing walls, roof, windows, and doors. Our pole building construction techniques expedite the process, adding both speed and value, making it a cost-effective and efficient choice. This approach provides project management flexibility and cost-effectiveness, catering to those ready to embark on their building journey. Our package includes professional design and engineering services, offering a variety of customizable options and upgrades, along with interior floor plans. Our proficient construction teams are equipped to mobilize across the Delmarva Peninsula ensuring consistent service and availability.

While various factors, such as seasonal fluctuations, can affect the overall construction duration, Delmarva Buildings & Bumblebee Construction typically achieves the shell completion stage within 4 to 6 weeks from the start of construction. By choosing Delmarva, you save valuable time during exterior framing, roofing, and sheathing stages, accelerating your journey to the barndo dream life! Upon shell completion the interior trades and fit out will start – which begins the next exciting phase of your project.

Slab-on-Grade Construction – This is a straightforward method. Instead of the complex process involving excavation and masonry, this approach focuses on leveling the ground where your home will be positioned and using the post-frame method for constructing the foundation.   Following the shell construction phase, the concrete floor is poured. Slab-on-grade construction provides a cost-effective solution for in-floor heating and is well-suited for those who do not require a basement.

YOUR NEW BARDO WARRANTY – 
Your new home comes with the safety of our standardized warranty.  Your shell is gauranteed for a full 5 year workmanship warranty, and the interior finsh and mechanicals are gauranteed by the standard 1 year new home warranty.   All of our barndo projects come with a LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY.

I WANT A CUSTOM DESIGN – CAN DELMARVA DO THAT?- 
ABSOLUTELY! While Delmarva Buildings primarily offers a selection of professionally designed models, we also provide various options and upgrades for each model to help you achieve your specific goals. Although full customization of home design is not recommended, there are limited customization options available for a fee.
