Delmarva Buildings provides turn-key services to finish the interior of your building.

Wouldn’t it be nice to find one trusted company that could take care of ALL of your needs (inside and out) with your new building?

Not feeling that ambitious and need someone to do your plumbing, electrical, or interior walls, etc.? We can take care of that for you! Don’t have any interest in being a general contractor for your pole building project? We can do that also!

At Delmarva Buildings, we have found that many customers want more than a shell in their building. We also found that they are looking for a company that can take care of all of it, “soup-to-nuts”. One of the many things that set us apart from the other guys is that we can also finish the interior of your structure to the extent that you need it finished. Finishing the interior of your new building not only provides a safe and secure storage facility for your stuff, but it allows you to maximize the use of your new space. Oh, it will pay great dividends when it comes time to sell your home!

If you are looking for a building with partial living quarters for ultimate functionality, we offer a wide variety of styles, materials, finishes, and colors so that your pole building interior reflects your unique style.

A unique feature of pole buildings is that they are “clear-span” which means that there are no load-bearing walls in the buildings. The roof trusses span all the way across which allows for large open spaces and flexibility for laying out rooms. These clear-spans can even go over 100 ft. Pole buildings can be as plain or extravagant; big or small, as your budget allows, and can also be designed to blend into any setting.

Don’t care about drywall or rooms in your pole building but still want interior walls and ceiling? We recommend steel liner panels.

These liner panels are 29 gauge and have generally the same rib configuration as steel roofing and siding. The difference between the liner panel and our siding and roofing panels is that the panels themselves generally have little or no warranty on either the paint or the steel themselves. As the paint is not exposed to the elements, this is really of no concern.

The liner panels have a minimal coating of galvanization under the paint, so protection against rusting is low. Due to both of these factors, the cost of the material is lower than siding and roofing panels which require more protection from weather and sunlight deterioration.

In many cases, the steel liner panels are screwed directly to widely spaced trusses, sometimes spanning eight to 12 feet.

Liner panels can cover full interior walls and ceilings or just partial wall heights. These interior panels are the same quality and thickness as our exterior standard wall panels, coming in 29 gauge. Liner panels offer a durable finish to the inside of a building and can be sprayed down for easy cleaning in shop environments. Steel building liner panels also protect the insulation, and are especially common in shops that utilize welders or grinders that create sparks.
