We had a great experience designing and finalizing our new detached garage with Delmarva. Keith was extremely helpful in guiding our design decisions! We were referred to Delmarva by a well-respected commercial architect (Renier) who insisted Delmarva is the best builder of pole structures in the area. We’re glad we listened, Delmarva has been awesome and the design possibilities seem to be endless. Thank you!

Quality built barn. Keith was very responsive through the entire process. There were some growing pains with communication with the construction manager during switching of personnel, but we got through it. Paul and the construction team that built the barn were great, kept a clean job site and were great communicators of the project progress.

I saw Delmarva building a commercial pole barn near me so when we decided to expand our warehouse space I gave them a call to see how it has been working with Stephan and the company. They couldn’t say enough good things about the experience they have had. So far my experience has been great. Stephan hasbeen very helpful and responsive. A friend of mine bought a kit from their sister company and they couldn’t say enough good things about the company as well. This is definitely a company do you want to contact if you’re Interested in the pole barn.

I am glad I have chosen Delmarva for my pole barn project. The sales rep Stephan Beachy has been great, he has been very responsive and provided all the information I have needed. He has made modifications to my quote, and even met me on site to go over my project. So far everything has been perfect, I can't wait till my building gets started. I will update as the process moves forward.

My sales person is name Karen Evins. Karen was very helpful with me for helping me understand how the whole process worded. She went through every point, step by step with out missing a thing.She helped me with the layout of my building down to which colors I should pick. Because we all know how hard that can be!!Now, as crazy as the world can be these day and how prices can be even crazier she really made me fell completely comfortable about choosing DMPB. With all of the monthly deals and promotions that y’all were offering I was very surprised that the price of my building wasn’t going to be more, so thank you all for that.I have big plans in the near future and DMPB’s will definitely be doing more building for me for sure!Thank you Karen for all you have done!!Anthony Chopko

I have recently completed a build with the Delmarva team on a 20'x30' pool/pole building and have nothing but great things to say about the team. They were in constant communication with us and more than willing to work with us on the construction and changes we made before and during the build. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times and would use them again if I had/have another project.

Delmarva poll builders put up our poll barn 2020The actual structure is awesomeCommunication with the office personnel was definitely the worst experience we have ever had. Extremely poor communication. We were always passed off tosomeone else with no solution snd definitely no satisfaction.The gutter guards they put on the building we were told “ they are the best “ , well the icicles that form are large enough to actually do severe damage if it fell on a personWe contacted the company took pictures and a gentleman came out to investigate our concern , we’ll we never heard from them againThe concrete floor we had to find our own company as the one Delmarva provided would not install what my husband was requesting .which we were willing to pay extra for..My final thought is let the buyer beware!!!1/24/2022 REVISED REVIEWI would like to report that Delmarva Poll builders owner contacted my husband regarding our concerns and they corrected them in a timely manner!As I previously stated our building is awesome !With improved office communication this is a 100% all around success!!Pamela Gallagher

Harvey made a wonderful first impression. He listened to my needs and designed the perfect barn for me. With every meeting the design improved and my needs were meet and exceeded. This was 4 years ago and I am as happy today as I was when the project was completed. I recently contact Harvey to build me a 2nd barn on the same property and I wanted the exterior design and finishes to match exactly. We are now in the process of building the 2nd barn and my experience has been an exact duplication of my first. Delmarva built our pole barn. Quality workmanship all the way. Some mistakes were made, thankfully and reasonably, all were corrected. Customer service is of utmost importance to us. Our project manager, and the construction teams, from Urbana, Ohio, were all genuine people who had our satisfaction in mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone or to be a repeat customer! We love our pole building, Thank you!
